Our MP Sir Brandon Lewis was a local councillor before becoming an MP. He has served as Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor. Although his CV is one of a career politician he now has 6 jobs besides being an MP.
Brandon Lewis has received a donation from a hedgefunder linked with climate change.
We're a new group in the making here in Great Yarmouth, with plenty of material to work on, but we will start by sending our MP a Christmas card and trying to establish a connection.
Our MP Watch group in the Great Yarmouth area are looking forward to a visit from Mr Lewis next year. They are keen to hear how he will influence our PM to keep to his commitment to limit some of the worst effects of climate change.
